Kelly Holloway, CPA

Kelly received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and his Masters of Accountancy degree (specializing in Taxation) from Kansas State University. Kelly worked for two of the “Big Four” accounting firms, Coopers and Lybrand, LLP (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLP) and KPMG, LLP serving both tax and audit clients. Kelly also was a manager at a Kansas City based accounting firm where he served individuals and small business owners, and has fulfilled the role of Chief Financial Officer both within a manufacturing organization and for multiple clients in an external role.

2022 marks Kelly’s 28th year serving accounting and tax clients in a multitude of tax and accounting areas. These include: multi-state taxation, partnership composite state filings, property taxation in multi-jurisdictional entities, tax accrual preparation, and pass through small business filings. Although he has clients in multiple lines of businesses, he has specialized in businesses in medical professionals, oil and gas industry, and real estate taxation. Kelly is a licensed CPA in Kansas and Missouri. Kelly has been active in Boy Scouts as well as the Christian Youth Theater (CYT) and is active in both the local chapter and national TLCA organization.
